these terms govern your use of inputdojo (inputdojo.app), a conversational intake / form builder that asks one question at a time. inputdojo is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using inputdojo, you agree to these terms.

1. what inputdojo is

inputdojo is a software tool for building and collecting conversational forms and intake flows. it is a software product, not a professional service, and does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. the explore plan requires no card. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan.

3. acceptable use

• don't use inputdojo for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't build forms designed to phish, scrape at scale, or unlawfully collect sensitive data.
• you are responsible for the forms you build, the questions you ask, and the submissions you collect, including any legal obligations that attach to the data you gather from others.
• don't attempt to breach security or access accounts that aren't yours.

4. billing & cancellation

the explore plan never asks for a payment method, forever, as many forms as you want and a capped number of monthly submissions. paid plans (build, team, scale) bill monthly. where a yearly plan is offered it is a discounted rate charged once for the year, and monthly is always offered alongside it, so nobody is ever forced into a year to use the product. cancel anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

5. your content & submitted data

you own the forms you build and the submissions you collect. we don't claim ownership of your work or your respondents' data. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests. you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect any personal data you request through your forms.

6. availability & disclaimers

inputdojo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using inputdojo and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

8. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
