if you'd rather keep your forms and submission history intact, you can pause instead of cancel. your account moves to a paused state, billing stops, and your data is retained so you can pick up where you left off. resume is one click.

refunds

monthly charges pay for the month of access ahead and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, but you can cancel anytime to prevent any further charge. if you were charged in error, or the service failed to deliver what it promised, contact us and we will make it right.

storage overage

storage caps are shown plainly per plan; any overage is metered at cost plus a fair margin, never absorbed silently and never surprise-billed.
